1、防火涂料的厚度

電纜橋架刷防火涂料，可參考《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》CECS 24:90，借鑒鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。防火涂料的厚度與耐火極限有密切的關(guān)系，詳見表1。問題來了，表1是對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)來說沒有問題，涂層厚度與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸相比微乎其微，而電纜橋架所用材料只有幾個毫米厚，表中厚涂型涂層厚度高可達(dá)50mm（對應(yīng)耐火極限3h），這么厚的涂層如何刷到薄薄的電纜橋架上。

2、現(xiàn)場施工的漏洞

刷防火涂料需要工地現(xiàn)場施工，涂料是否刷的均勻關(guān)系防火的效果，這與工人的技術(shù)水平、責(zé)任心等有關(guān)。另外，橋架一般先安裝，安裝后靠近墻角、梁柱、其他管線、及吊桿處容易出現(xiàn)死角，不容易刷好涂料。

3、無法檢測防火性能

由于上述原因，工地刷的防火涂料無法檢測其防火性能，不像成品的產(chǎn)品在出廠時有檢驗(yàn)、檢測，也有機(jī)構(gòu)的檢測。
