鍍鋅作為一種犧牲陽極來保護(hù)陰極金屬的方法。其耐腐蝕壽命取決于鍍鋅層厚度和腐蝕速率。熱浸鍍鋅的鋅層厚度一般在65um(455g/m2)以上。鋅與鐵的結(jié)合面形成一層鋅鐵合金，增強(qiáng)了鋅層的附著力。在熱浸鍍鋅時(shí)容易產(chǎn)生變形等問題，需要在電纜橋架的結(jié)構(gòu)上及鍍鋅工藝上加以考慮。

Zinc plating is a method of sacrificing anode to protect cathode metal. Its corrosion life depends on the thickness and corrosion rate of the galvanized layer. The thickness of hot dip galvanized zinc coating is generally over 65um (455g/m2). The binding surface of zinc and iron forms a layer of zinc-iron alloy, which enhances the adhesion of zinc layer. 對(duì)于結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸較大的構(gòu)件，由于受鋅鍋、鍍槽、烘箱等的限制，一般只能采用涂防銹漆的方法來處理。它雖然具有成本低、使用方便等特點(diǎn);但防腐蝕能力較差。使用壽命短，維護(hù)工作量大。
