撓度不應大于4mm

The deflection shall not be greater than 4mm

螺栓孔徑可比螺桿公稱直徑大于1.5mm（螺桿直徑不應大于M16）時或2mm（螺桿直徑不小于M20）時螺栓孔精度不應低于H14級

When the nominal diameter of the comparable screw is greater than 1.5mm (the screw diameter shall not be greater than M16) or 2mm (the screw diameter shall not be less than M20), the accuracy of the bolt hole shall not be lower than h14

螺栓連接孔的孔距允許偏差：同一組內相鄰兩孔間≤±0.7mm；同一組內任意兩孔間≤±1.0mm,相鄰兩組的端孔間≤±1.2mm。

Allowable deviation of bolt hole distance: between two adjacent holes in the same group ≤ ± 0.7mm； Between any two holes in the same group ≤ ± 1.0 mm, between end holes of two adjacent groups ≤ ± 1.2mm。

在水平彎曲，垂直方向彎曲、分支和電纜梯架縮小寬度時，須使用制造廠的標準直角彎節(jié)，分支接頭，偏心縮節(jié)，直線縮節(jié)。

For horizontal bending, vertical bending, branch and cable ladder narrowing, the manufacturer's standard right angle bending joint, branch joint, eccentric shrinkage joint and straight shrinkage joint shall be used.

防火漆要求平整、光滑、均勻、不起皮、無氣泡水皰。

附件表面防腐處理與橋架主體結構相一致，電纜橋架的連接片開孔數量及使用連接螺栓、平彈墊套數、規(guī)格應滿足規(guī)范跨接連接相應要求。橋架的蓋板材質規(guī)格應等同于電纜橋架。

提供電纜橋架附件數量應充足，并能滿足施工所需要求。電纜橋架的連接片及跨接銅編織帶均考慮5%的余量，螺栓栓帽、墊片考慮百分之10%的余量。
