鋁合金橋架在安裝的時候需要考慮到電纜的走向以及細(xì)節(jié)處理問題，而且供與電纜安裝的橋架種類各式各樣，每種電纜橋架也有著不同的安裝特點(diǎn)。

When installing aluminum alloy cable trays, it is necessary to consider the direction and details of the cables, and there are various types of cable trays available for cable installation, each with different installation characteristics.

1.接地跨接線在橋架兩側(cè)隨意安裝或漏跨接，接地跨接線不設(shè)在顯眼側(cè)。接地跨接線的線鼻與爪形墊片壓接順序裝反，有的未設(shè)爪形墊片，鍍鋅橋架接地螺栓未有防松墊圈。

1. Grounding jumper wires should be installed or omitted on both sides of the bridge, and should not be placed on the conspicuous side. The crimping sequence of the wire nose and claw washer of the grounding jumper is reversed, and some do not have claw washers. The grounding bolts of the galvanized bridge do not have anti loosening washers. 

2.電纜橋架與托架間未固定，橋架支架未做接地跨接線，穿越防火分區(qū)未做防火封堵。

2. The cable tray and bracket are not fixed, the tray support is not grounded, and there is no fireproof sealing when passing through the fire compartment.

3.鋁合金橋架與鋼支架間未做防電化腐蝕的絕緣處理。橋架彎頭、三通等不使用與橋架配套的成品配件，而是現(xiàn)場加工制作，加工質(zhì)量不符合規(guī)范要求。

3. The aluminum alloy bridge and steel bracket have not been insulated to prevent electrochemical corrosion. Bridge bends, tees, and other accessories that are not matched with the bridge are not used, but are processed and manufactured on site, and the processing quality does not meet the standard requirements.

4.螺桿吊架安裝橋架時，未按規(guī)范要求設(shè)置防晃支架，鋼支架未按防腐要求施工。

When installing the cable tray with screw hangers, anti sway brackets were not set up according to the specifications, and the steel brackets were not constructed according to anti-corrosion requirements.

5.金屬電纜橋架及其支架全長沒做可靠接地，未按規(guī)范要求設(shè)置伸縮節(jié)。

5. The entire length of the metal cable tray and its support has not been reliably grounded, and expansion joints have not been installed according to the specifications.

6.吊頂內(nèi)托盤、槽式橋架蓋板漏蓋。橋架連接板的固定螺栓的螺母裝在橋架內(nèi)側(cè)，橋架和配電箱、柜及接出或接入的鋼管等未做接地連接。

6. The tray and trough type bridge cover plate inside the ceiling are missing. The nuts of the fixing bolts of the bridge connecting plate are installed on the inside of the bridge, and the bridge, distribution box, cabinet, and steel pipes connected or connected are not grounded.
